Cancellation Policy

1. Login to your account.
2. Go to “My subscriptions” Page where you can see the creators you are subscribed to.
3. Go to the creators profile and press cancel subscription.
4. Continue through the confirmation message.

What is FansyMe

FansyMe is an online creator content platform. As a creator you can upload exclusive content for your fans and charge them with a monthly subscription or with PPV (Pay Per View). FansyMe allows all kind of creators and does not discriminate against anyone. Loyal fans will show their appreciation not only through monthly subscriptions and PPV but also through tips.

I am not able to log into my FansyMe Account

Why do I need to confirm my Email Address?

In case you forgot your password, we need to be able to send you an email with instructions to reset your password. We also need to be able to inform you of important changes. Lastly we will send you system notifications that you can change here.

How do I become a creator?

Becoming a creator on FansyMe is easy. All you need to do is successfully register with your email address and follow the steps to verify your identity by uploading your ID / Passport or Driver's License in the verification process. 

We will then review all information and make sure that the information provided fits the uploaded identification documents. 

Is the registration free?

Yes, you are here to make money, not to pay us :)


Revenue and payouts

What will be my earnings?

You will receive 80% of the total, while FM will receive the remaining 20% to compensate for customer service, payment processing, hosting, referral program, and other related services. 

When does FansyMe pay me? What is the minimum amount?

The minimum payout amount is 25 USD. Once you have reached 25 USD you can request the amount to be paid out. Payouts usually take 1-3 business days to be in your bank account. 

How can I withdraw my earnings?

We offer 3 forms of payouts. The most common is a bank transfer. We will pay out your earnings via bank transfer if you are located in the SEPA area. Whether you are in the SEPA area you can check here.

For payments to creators in non-EU countries without participation in the SEPA region we prefer sending money via Skrill operated by Skrill Limited. Please choose skrill in the payout options and enter your Skrill email address. If you do not have a Skrill account yet, you can create one here.

If you wish to receive your funds to be transferred to your crypto wallet, please set the coin and address in your payout settings and make sure they are correct.

I have not received my payout yet - what can I do?

Which subscription prices can I set?

You can set your subscription price, bundles and promo here. We recommend a subscription price between 5 and 50 USD. With FansyMe you can also follow any other creator for free regardless of their subscription price. FansyMe creators can post "Free", "Premium" and "PPV" posts. Free posts are available to anyone that is logged into FansyMe. Premium posts are visible only to those who subscribed to your account. PPV - Pay Per View post can only be unlocked for the specific price you set.

How can I change my username

To change your FansyMe username please click on "Edit Profile" or by clicking here.

How can I change my data including my address?

Some data you can edit directly by clicking on "Edit Profile". If you want to change your address, passport or ID please get in contact with us here.

How do I get verified?

We use the verification process containing your personal information, including your Passport / ID and Selfie and Passport / ID and your social media profiles to determine if you get verified or not. Your social media profile must be public at the time of verifying.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account by going to "Settings > Account Settings". Once you requested the deletion all your subscriptions will be cancelled. Your account will be set to "Soft Delete". This means, your account remains available to users that have subscribed to you until the last subscription runs out. No new users can subscribe to your content. If you wish to reactivate your account simply login and upload new content. Fans will be able to subscribe again.

If you decide to completely delete all content, we hold the right to refund customers / fans. This will be deducted from your pending earnings and if insufficient from your primary balance.

How do I block countries from accessing my profile?

You can block any country from accessing your profile by going to "Settings > Security" or by clicking here.

How do I block other users?

You can block users by visiting their profile clicking on the 3 dots on the top right clicking "Block User".


How to use FansyMe?

What content am I allowed to post?

Please make sure all your uploads are in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. Please also make sure to follow section 7.3 Co-Author Content when depicting others in your uploads.

How do I upload images & videos?

You can upload new content by clicking the plus symbol. There are 3 types of content:

1. Free Post - anyone that is logged can view the post
2. Premium Post - anyone that has subscribed to your account can view the post
3. PPV (Pay Per View) - anyone that purchased this specific post can view it

How can I register?

You can easily register with your Email or via Twitter and Google. When registering with your email you will need to verify your email address with the link that was sent to your email address.

Is the registration free?

Yes, signing up on FansyMe is completely free of charge. There are NO fees. As a free user you can follow other creators and see their public posts. In order to see their premium posts or PPV, you need to add a payment method.

Which payment methods are available?

At FansyMe you have different payment methods. These include Debit Card, Credit Card and SEPA direct debit (lastschrift) for our European fans via our payment provider CCBill.com. We also support Crypto payments using Coinpayments.com.

How do I cancel a subscription?

You can find all your subscriptions under "My Subscribers". Go to the user's page by clicking on it's Username. Simply click on the subscription and a popup will appear asking if you really want to cancel the subscription. If you have any questions you can always contact us here https://fansyme.com/contact.

Alternatively you can also cancel your subscription with the email you received from our payment provider CCBill.com or by visiting https://support.ccbill.com.

Can I delete my account?

Sure, you can do so at anytime. Simply go to "Settings > Edit my Profile". Please feel free to let us know why you are thinking of leaving us. Upon deletion of your account all active subscriptions will be cancelled (Soft Delete). When the deletion becomes effective, all data is permanently deleted and can not be restored (Hard Delete).

You can message a creator by first subscribing to their content. Some creators also allow free followers to be able to message them. If there is a message button, simply click it.
